Well first you have to get the powder keg from the big goron in goron villiage. But before you do that you have to get the gorons mask and you have to have beaten Ghot. Ok, done all that? Good deal! Once youre a goron you can buy powder kegs at the bomb shop in west clock town. But you have to be a goron to buy one!!! Once you get ahold of one (you can only carry one) go down milk road (make sure its the first day) and blow up that boulder in the road. There you can meat Romani.
