I`m pretty sure that you have to collect a bunch of skulltas (spider monster things) and give it to the family that has been turned into spider human creatures. I am not sure how many Skulltas you need. There are 100 Gold Skulltulas throughout the game to find. When you defeat
one, you can obtain the token it carried. After you killed enough of them and
won enough tokens, bring them to the House of Skulltula in Kakariko Village

Edit! I beg to differ. Vizzed.com has the actual playable game, or if it's a hack copy, it's been quite expertly done so. It's free, too; Unfortunately, it doesn't play on some computers like mine that have video card issues. Don't think I haven't played it, though. It worked fine on my mom's computer.

After you win the Gold Dust at the Goron Races you are aloud to take the Gold Dust to the Mountain Smithy in Mountain Village, you should already have got the the Razor Sword by Paying the Mountain Smithy 100 Rupees, make sure its still the second day or it will be to late but then give him our Razor Sword and the Gold Dust and he will then make you the Gilded Sword witch is a better version of the Razor Sword but does not brake after 100 uses or go away when you go back in time.

Well first you have to get the powder keg from the big goron in goron villiage. But before you do that you have to get the gorons mask and you have to have beaten Ghot. Ok, done all that? Good deal! Once youre a goron you can buy powder kegs at the bomb shop in west clock town. But you have to be a goron to buy one!!! Once you get ahold of one (you can only carry one) go down milk road (make sure its the first day) and blow up that boulder in the road. There you can meat Romani. Shes basicaly a clone of Malon from the first game. When you meet her she'll tell you about the aliens that come on the ranch and steal the cows!! (DUN DUN DUUUUN) X) She'll give you training by giving you back your horse which happens to be back on the ranch. At two am the aliens come and you have to stick and arrow though all of them. The best position to be is on top of the box near the house. The little dog will also give you clues as to where the aliens are. It may take you a few times to beat this part of the game. Just keep the aliens away from the barn til sunrise. Even if you cant best the aliens you can still keep your horse. But your here for the cow mask right? So listen up!! After you destroy the aliens, Romani's big sister will take you with her to deliver milk the next night. The road is blocked off so you guys have to take an alternate road. And here comes the Gorman twins trying to steal the milk!! Ward them off with your arrows untill you guys can get to clocktown safely!
