In Dodongo's Cavern, after beating the lizards for a second time (Sorry I forgot their name), and shooting a few eye switches, in the next room, to the left of the door in front of you, is a chest. Open it, and congradulations! You just got a Bomb Bag!

Once you beat the Water Temple at the bottom of lake Hylia you are required to go to the Shadow Temple next, it is on the balcony in the graveyard in Kakariko Village. But you will need the Hookshot to get up there. Before entering the temple you will meet Shiek. Shiek will teach you the Nocturne of Shadow.

if your talking about the boss key doors in forest temple, then you need the gale boomerang. you lock it onto the windmills in a Z shape, as shown on the ground. northwest, northeast, southwest, southeast.

If you are talking about the big Octos, then you have to boomerang the eyes over and over until all of the Octo's eyes turn read. Then it will die and you will get a reward. For the mini octos, snipe it with an arrow, boomerang, hit it with a sword.... things like that will kill it.

-there is a cage with a guard standing there

-note, you have to have Gerardo's letter to do this

Well, there are many ways to get rupees! Defeat bosses, find holes, get skulluta tokens by killing them, and much more! When ur an adult there's a secret hole in kakriko village that is like halfway back from the tree at the entrance, where u can use s bomb to discover it. U might need more than one bomb to find it, though. Then when u find it there are those 2 like dead things that scream and paralyze u and if they get over to u they will hop on ur head or something and kill you.(P.S. Play the sun song to freeze them, and then kill them. WARNING: once u give the first stab at one, it will unfreeze, so use ur sword quickly!!!) When u defeat these, there will be a chest with 200 rupees in it! Yay! Also, when u are a kid, u can go to that river place that leads to zoras domain, and somewhere near that tall cliff place is a log that has frogs on it. When u go on the log, navi will tell you that frogs are staring at you. Play a song on the ocarina and they will give u some rupees! Play the storm song and they will give u 80 rupees! Awesome! You can also catch a fish in a bottle and sell it to that girl who's saying "sell me something with a bottle... Please..." and is patting the ground for some weird reason. Use the bottle button and she will give u 100 rupees. Woo-hoo!! Anyway, hope I helped!

One way is to stand on the edge. When Moldorm comes after you, he straightens up. Then, use your Pegasus Boots and Dash Bash directly at him.
