The only time Mulder and Scully are together in a shower is in the 12th episode of the 6th season, "One Son". While they are talking with Cassandra Spender in Mulder's apartment, they are interrupted by Diana Fowley and agents from the Centers for Disease Control who knock down the door in haz-mat suits and take the three of them to a military base to be quarantined and decontaminated from a deadly outbreak which killed several doctors, of which Cassandra was the only survivor. The shower was part of the decontamination process.

Is there going to be an X-Files Season 11?
Quite possibly. Fox says that they want to do it, and they have been having talks with the director and the stars of the show to get everyone back on board.
Some fans were disappointed by the 6 new episodes that came so much later, but it was kind of like the newest Star Wars... they had to reboot the whole story for a new generation. If they do a new season (probably only 8-10 episodes due to the schedules and living situations of all of the participants), they wouldn't have to rehash so much, and they could move forward with new storylines.

I have, but have never really put it out there. I think on some level I always thought that if I put too much attention into it that my other career would slip away- which of course is nonsense but having a co-writer certainly makes it more doable within the constraints of the schedule I've had the past couple of years.
Why does mulder throw pencils at the ceiling?
He did it in the Season 5 episode Chinga because Scully was away on vacation and he was bored.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but if you mean tagline, the tagline for The X-Files is The Truth Is Out There. There are few exceptions for a handful of episodes which feathered a different tag line. Some of these are "Trust No One", "All Lies Lead to the Truth", and "Deny Everything".
