Depends on if you're taking a month to mean "28 days", or " alternating 30/31 days".

However, here's the method, so you can work out what answer you want, depending on what you decide a month is:

Divide 450 by 24, since there are 24 hours in a day. This gives you how many days "450 hours" is.

It happens to be 18.75 days (which is clearly less than one month, regardless of what definition of "month" you settle on). However, to finish the question, you need to find out how much 18.75 days out of a "month" actually is (as a decimal, or a percentage, or a fraction). So divide 18.75 by however many days you decide are in a month. This is your decimal value of "how much 450 hours in a mouth is". This can then be multiplied by 100, to give a percentage of "how much of a month 450 hours is".

In the US, where we live on a twice 12 hour clock display, we have two time areas: AM and PM. Even though we have adapted A.M., which means "ante meridiem" and denotes time between midnight and noon and P.M., which literally means "post meridiem" and denotes time between noon and midnight, the retaining of Latin words is not everyone's forte.

Actually, Freud did not make use of the infamous "50 minute hour". When he had someone in treatment, he spent all day with them, every day, sometimes for months, until he felt there was an improvement. The idea that you could reproduce his results working in 50 minute blocks once a week is an innovation arising purely out of the modern industrialised lifestyle, which has no room in it for such time-hungry healing strategies.
