There are multiple ones that I could tell you, but I know one that unlocks every single one available. When you are at the main menu, go to Options and pick Cheat codes. Then type this in: watch_me_xplode

I realize that is not actually how to spell "explode," but that is the actual code. Entering it should unlock every single one of them. Once you are in the game, you can turn on and off whichever ones you please. Typical to the series, there are some strange ones such as Disco mode and Gorilla Mode. Then there are ones that help such as Perfect Grind and Moon Gravity (you get some awesome air to do some tricks). Type DOASUPER on the cheats screenCheat:

Three that I know of are the cop on new orleans. set it up to where you steer character. stay to the right of gator float and try to jump into the crowd. If done right he will unlock. second is the pirate go to sea dogs challenge and stay in the center and stay up top you should hear his voice as you crash thru windows at the end. huck jam park two has an alien at the end as long as you stay up top on space ships.
