they did not show in the movie what happend to barricade but in the comics he was "killed" by optumis prime BUT he was repared and still was on earth when starscream went back to cybertron with a new goal for barricade to look for answers of sam. i know he will come back in the next movie, TRANSFORMERS THR GHOST OF YESTERDAY. Yepp i agree with the first one. Megatron may be much more impressive with all his weapons and his gigantic size but they forget that the only thing on earth that can pierce the hulks skin is adamantium or diamond and even if they do the hulk got extreme healing ability and he has bin shown to be able to fight for weeks before feeling the effect of being tiered. The Hulk has also extreme super physical strength that outmatches anyone else that have lived on earth in the marvel universe, proven that he can lift 150 billion. And they forget that even if Megatron hurt Hulk he only gets more angry and so becomes more powerful.

no megatron was stronger actually optimus sayed if he is not going to beat megatron he would sacrfice his spark(put the alspark in it) and then when he lost the battle between him and megatron he asked sam to put the alspark in it (means he lost the match) so the one who beat megatron was sam witwicky (by puting the alspark in his spark)
