It depends shockwave has this giant driller but megatron has a fusion cannon.shockwave was also good with technogy in cyberon so he has all these weapons so i think in a fist fight megatron would win but in a weapon fight shockwave would win.i hope this helped

the hard way is punch him and shoot him until he is dead

the easy way is get optimus prime to follow you to the water then transform and fly above the water optimus prime will jump after you but he will fall into the water and he will be dead
