took 1 500 vicodin on Sunday at 230 pm. Will it still be in my system on Wednesday at 1100 am

Not much, but if you take the vicodin regularly you are a tad bit of the adderall feeling the more vic's you take.

Your answer could depend on one of a few things... Have you ever been prescribed or abused any opiates? I'm sure you haven't because if you did you wouldn't be asking this question... The Hydrocodone tablet is a 10/660. It has 10 mgs of Hydrocodone, and 660 mgs of Acetaminophen (Tylenol).

The difference between marijuana and vicodin on your body is, Marijuana is not as addicting as vicodin. Yes if you have an infection. When you go to bed try proping up two pillows so you are laying on your back or side and allowing the nasal drip to hit the back of your throat. Not a good idea. Both Percocet and Vicodin contain opiates and you will risk overdosing if you mix both. Percocet contains oxycodone and Vicodin contains hydrocodone. There are different dosages of each but in general it is not good to mix. For people taking it for recreational use, it will not increase your "high". Opiates can cause shorteness of breathe and/or tachycardia. Mixing could cause serious injury or be fatal.

It is best not to take expired medication. The medication does expire and will not work properly if taken after the date of expiration. ( If it works at all. ) Your best bet is to go to a local drug sore and get you a new package that satisfies you and be sure to check the expiration date.

Medication must be at least 90% effective at its expiration date and cannot degrade forming any harmful compounds. Also many meds are stable beyond the standard 2 year exp. date, its just not worth the expense for a company to continue testing it.

If you look at the pill again, it probably says Lortab Watson 349. The Watson 349 is nothing but a manufacturers code. The medication should be similar to a standard 5/500 vicodin.

If you want to, yes. But the methadone is a much more potent opiate than Vicodin. If you are taking an adequate dose of methadone, then it is likely that all your opiate receptors in your brain are full. That is, in fact, the point of taking methadone. If they are, then you probably won't "feel" anything from the Vicodin. If you are not taking an adequate dose of methadone, then the Vicodin will help with pain/opiate withdrawls/whatever you are taking it for. It is important to add that if you take the Vicodin with methadone, or any long acting/extended release opiate, that you are still increasing your chances of respiratory depression(the #1 risk of taking too many pain-killers or benzodiazopenes) EVEN IF you do not "feel" the effects from the Vicodin.
