I don't know any which can give you bells, but I know a glitch which can sometimes help you unlock public work projects easier. this glitch might not work all the time, so have patience and keep retrying if it doesn't work. Buy a swim suit from the island and wear it in town, swim around in the ocean for a while, this resets other villagers important discussion script, after a few minutes of swimming go back on land to see if a villager might want to talk to you, they might say about a suggestion for a public works project or if you go up to a villager, they might want to come round your house.
Can you customize your villagers on virtual villagers?
In Virtual Villagers 3 you can change their clothes ( If you have built the clothing hut ). Other than that there isn't any other way to customize them
i am not sure but on virtual villagers 3 you can by building a clothing hut but if your villagers want clothes you have to buy them with tech points if you want to and it says how much it costs to buy more clothes

How do you use cheat engine 6.1 to work on virtual villagers 3?
To hack Food: Firstly, look at the top left hand corner on cheat engine. There should be three buttons: one to save, one to open a file and one to open a list (a sign with a computer on it). Click the one with the computer on it. Scroll down on the process list and find 'virtual villagers 3'. Press okay. Now, look where it says Hex on cheat engine. There should be a long box next to it. Click in the box and type it how much food you have. For example: you have 224 food, type that number into the box. Next, just above it, there should be a button that says 'First Scan' . Click that button. A list of numbers (addresses) should appear. Then, on go back to virtual villagers 3. Make someone eat some food. Your food number should decrease. For example: i started off with 224 and now i only have 220. I would type in 220. Type in the number you have now, after a villager has eaten some food. Type it in the same long box(remember to delete the first number!), where it says Hex. Once you have typed in the number, click 'Next Scan'. Which is next to 'New Scan'. Do not press New Scan! Press 'Next Scan'. One address should appear on the left hand side. Double click on the address. It should appear at the bottom. Make sure it is highlighted in blue. Press 'Enter' on your keyboard. A box should appear saying 'Change Value to..' Change the value to whatever you want. For example: 100000. Look at virtual villagers 3, you should have that amount.
