are you asking how to get it over the net? in my experience, it is better if you throw the ball up evenly, estimated the time to hit it ( which should be just above your head level) and it the ball full force with the hard bone on the lower part of your hand. It does take time and practice though. good luck

Well if you are talking about playing,, then 6 players play on the court at one time

you just listen to your coaches..and try your best. bump high. not straight. set high;parallel to the net, so the other person can spike. serve which way is easier for you-underhand or overhand. underhand is so much easier, in my point of view. but, just listen to the people that know what their talking about.
