go to the exersise room in the clubhouse give your webkinz another pets special food and trade in the trading room and play in the arcade for a while

You have to register it in the feature code shop. It doesn't actually count as a real Webkinz. You don't receive a special gift if it is you 10th Webkinz or something like that. However, it does unlock a fun section in Webkinz World (really fun section)

Well I can't tell you exactly how, I've never done it. Wait, you are talking about ring the bell right? If you are this is what I've heard. You have to set those dials, and try to get the arrow right on the top, like where the 12 is on a clock. I heard someone say that they got almost all the dials right on top, and they got Wacky to the squre right below the bell, and got 300 kc. So, just try that!

EDIT: To improve the previous answer, I think that it's mainly luck. You just have to set the dials, and hope for the best. What I can't figure out is the game after that...

You have to adopt the Pet Of The Month during the month it's the Pet Of The Month. If I had the Caramel Lion (April's Pet of the Month) before April, I wouldn't get the Loot Bag. I have to adopt the Caramel Lion during April to get the Loot Bag.
