Go to the Oasis in Krokotopia. To get there your going to need Wizard101 Membership. In Raven-wood go to the Giant tree and you should be able to go inside it once you have completed the First Wizard101 World. In side the Tree there should be a World Door which you can Teleport to Krokotopia With. It may take 30 minutes depending on your computer for Krokotopia to download So you can acess it. (Thats only the first time it happens with every world you go to) Once you Teleport to Krokotopia Go through the Large door and explore the Oasis intill you find Wul'yahm. :P

They Are Hidden All Over Each In A Different World
*NEW* Actually, all of them are in Wizard City. Here is a list of the locations:
Commons: In the Fairegrounds, on the left of the purple tent.
Ravenwood: On the right of the myth school, next to the chasm where the death school used to be.
Golem Tower: Behind the Golem Tower, in the grassy area.
Shopping District: Turn right at the first turn, then turn right again at the second bush on your right, head straight from there.
Olde Town: On the left of Gloria Krendell's house.
Cyclops Lane: Right of the area that looks like the Fairegrounds, on the grass, the grass is surrounded by the stream.
Triton Avenue: On the bridge leading to the teleporter that takes you to where Blad Raveneye is, instead of going RIGHT to the teleporter, go LEFT and you'll see the Smith.
Firecat Alley: On the right of Fireglobe Theatre.
Collossus Boulevard: On the path leading down to the Gobbler King's castle, turn left, then turn left again.
Unicorn Way: Right outside of the Hedge Maze in a corner; between a house and the Hedge Maze

How do you get power pips in wizard 101?
Once you hit level 10, you will begin to gain Power Pips randomly throughout a battle. With every level-up past 10 you will then have a higher chance to get a Power Pip more often.
They are a different colour then a regular Pip. (Game is not in front of me now so I cannot specify the colour for you... You can google it though).
In case you don't understand what a Power Pip is, they give only your "primary" school the advantage of acting as 2 Pips instead of just one. It will not work for secondary or not-your-school.
