The ultimate and most powerful wizard101 spell is leviathan, lvl 58 storm school only spell. The other lvl 58 spells for other schools are, Fire: Efreet, Ice: Snow Angel, Life: Forest Lord, Balance: Ra, and Death: Skeletal Dragon. Also if add boosts and traps you can make spells even stronger!

Efreet vs. Leviathan is a good battle. Leviathan with high damage is great, but it mostly comes down to who attacks first. In pvp 1v1 if Efreet attacks first then all the charms and things for the storm are a waste. Its attack is reduced by 90%. In PvE then it is probably Leviathan out of the level 58 spells. Out of all spells though the strongest spell is probably sirens. Doing nearly as much damage as Leviathan except its to all enemies. People say Tempest is best, however if you look at pip per damage then Sirens is best. Of course for almost twice the pips tempest will do more damage, without any effect. Sirens also removes on blade and does smoke screen.
