Depending on the name of the Chief Cashier on the note and the design of the note, it could have been printed in any of the following years, more or less - 1990/91, 1971, 1963, 1957.

The largest circulated denomination produced in England is the £1000 note, last issued in 1943.

The calendar date is important because these bills were issued during the period of hyperinflation following WW1. The reichsmark was regularly revalued and new notes were printed as their purchasing power collapsed.

The denominations of banknotes are usually carefully planned.

Without a Ten Dollar note, you would need to carry more Five Dollar notes which would place greater "wear and tear" on the Five Dollar notes and reduces their life expectancy thus, making the production of Five Dollar notes less cost effective.

The Central bank of China issued notes denominated in Dollars, not Yuan during 1928. It is possible that your note is a regional or industry produced note. An estimated value could only be possible with more detail.

The 1928 issue $10 note is mostly worth $3-$7, except a few variations (based on signatures) which are worth as much as $25. In used condition they are mostly worth around $1.

You should be able to do this but the bank usually asks you if you are a customer of their bank. If you are not then they can refuse you. If you have a large amount of notes you may have to take or send them to the Bank of England in Threadneedle St, London to be changed up at face value. You should make an appointment before-hand to do this though.

A better option may be to sell them on an auction website or to a coin and banknote dealer.

About a dozen different countries have a currency called the 'Peso'. All of them print their own banknotes and they all look different.

The current issue Mexican 100 Peso note (Banco de Mexico on the front) is Red and brown-orange. The 15th century warrior Nezahualcoyotl is on the front-right with an Aztec figure at the centre. The back has a Mexican statue.

Argentina devalued it's currency three times in 1983, 1985 and 1992. Notes from 1981 are not legal tender so that cannot be used or exchanged in a bank.

They have a value for banknote collectors, but only in perfect uncirculated condition. The 1981 Argentine 1,000,000 Peso note is worth $17.

They are worth $5 in mint uncirculated condition, dropping to $1 in Very Good used quality.

That's not always true. The value of each depends on the exchange rates between the two countries. Sometimes the Canadian dollar is worth more than the American dollar and sometimes the opposite, depending on economic conditions.

There is no current issue 2000 Peso note, so it must pre-date revaluation in 1992 making it's face value about $0.15. The last issue of this denomination was 1985-89, with a mint uncirculated example worth $2-$3. Older notes are generally worth more, but you would have to supply the date and condition for a more accurate estimate of value.

Spain is currently on the euro, which has notes in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500.

Lord Ilay, the first governor of RBS from 1682-1761, has featured on all RBS notes issued since 1987, with Edinburgh castle featuring on four regular issues of the 1 pound note. The serial number is less significant than the date of issue printed on each note.

The earliest (1987) in mint uncirculated condition is worth $15. The latest (2001) is worth $5.

Any collector value would depend on the serial numbers, and your definition of "really good condition".

Assuming "really good condition" (circulated) and not knowing what the serial numbers are, each note might get anything from £6 to £10 GBP. A set of five consecutively numbered notes would almost certainly realise more.
