Yes and No. It is possible you could gain weight because the worms themselves are feeding off anything that you eat which in return leaves you tired and lacking of energy which in return may cause you to eat more food because the worms have depleted your essential vitamins and minerals that you need in your body to keep you healthy. The flip side is that you could also loose the weight for that same reason but the reason you would put more weight on is because you may still feel hungry and thus the worms will encourage you to eat more.
