Chokeslam is a special attack. In svr 2011 it's both a signature and a finisher. The Undertaker uses it as a signature move, and Kane as a finisher. To use a signature or finisher you need to gain enough momentum (shown at the momentum bar) by using different attacks on your opponent and taunting.

First your voltage bar should be filled.

If you have the submission move as a signature move then perform the following steps -

1. Beat down your opponent till the voltage bar is full.

2. Press L1 + L2 to store signature move.

3. When your opponent is lying on the ground , Come close to him.

4. Move around him until signature move option appears near the voltage bar.

5. Press triangle button.

If you have it as a finisher then perform the following steps -

1. Beat down your opponent till the voltage bar is full.

2. When your opponent is lying on the ground , Come close to him.

3. Move around him until Finisher option appears near the voltage bar.

4. Press triangle button.

All you need to do to preform a sumbission hold is have your opponent on the groung and approch head, side or legs and press R3

Here is how you make the referee bleed....

First, it is a good idea to create a superstar. It doesnt have to be something you like.

Then, go to the move-set selection, and make all the moves of the superstar head-hitters. If not, just make most of them head-hitters.

Finally, make a match that includes a referee, make it no DQ, and make your oponent bleed first. This weakens the oponent, and makes him down for a while (Oh, and its a good idea to make the difficulty easy), and that gives you the chance to get behind the referee as quick as you can. Use the moves that do headshots, and sooner or later, you will make the referee bleed (Funny thing, he wont react if you get too close).

But it will waste your time, if your busy, because i did well, and it still took me about 30 min or so.
