you click on the 'create mode' bit and there will be a few options, click on 'create a superstar' and you can either make a superstar or a diva. there will be different templates, choose the one you want (you can always go back if you want) and then you will be able to choose all different parts of the body e.g hairstyle, tallness, clothes, signs the fan holds up for him etc. then its simple from there!
