It could be an upgrade for an expected surge in traffic after Christmas. It is not all that uncommon for online game networks to go down from time to time. Be patient hang out with your family and friends make a sandwich or watch a movie and try again later. Xbox customer support will just tell you that the system is down and to try again later so save yourself the waiting time on hold. You can also check out the Xbox support forumns and talk to others that are having the same problem.

Whem you first get Xbox live you get 1 mounth for free but from then on you have to pay.When your xbox live runs out a message should appear saying that your xbox live has ran out you then get an option to get more xbox live.

Typically when using an Xbox 360, alot of extra content or dlc is purchased to enhance the gaming experience and memory is needed for that but if you were to only have save files 4gb should be plenty.

It depends on the game, if it takes up more or less memory. Also it could be your connection, mines is pretty slow anyway so I can't say if you have a faster connection the download will be faster

no Would not matter if they did link PS3 games are not compatible with Xbox 360 games and vice verse. They could not play even on the same network any more than a PS3 game could work in a Xbox 360 console. Even if the networks were linked you would need new games developed comparable for both systems and that may not even be technologically possible. If it was they would do it to drastically reduce inventory costs for stocking so many game versions in each retail store.

The 360 has alot of memory. Even if you want to go spend the extra money and get another hard drive you would just be better off if you wait until or if you need it. I would just invest in getting xbox live, this makes games alot more fun to play and you can download extras to the games. If it is a Perma Ban, you will either have to try and dispute it or make a new account. Most likely make a new account. You can call XBOX's customer service to dispute it.

It Depends, you need silver for atleast singe playin ( offline), you can buy all the stuff required like packs and stuff with silver but unfortunately you cant enter specific tournaments with silver, i would recommend to buy a playstation 3 just because of the internet connection, everything is free and better.
