It's possible to mount the phone as a disk and just copy the files. As far as I remember the W810 expects a Artist/Album/Song structure. So you would have to copy a folder structure like this; David Bowie/Scary Monsters/Fashion.mp3 into the MP3 folder on your phone - which is how they are stored inside the iTunes library so it's no big thing. After that you have to "clean" your phone disk to get some Mac-specific garbage removed, using FinderCleaner or something http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/16996 For a dirt simple solution, use EasyListening at http://www.divinerobot.com for 10$ For a slightly more complex but free solution, use iTuneMyWalkman at http://ilari.scheinin.fidisk.fi/itunemywalkman/

The deleted files on a Sony Ericsson mobile phone w810i are located in the memory or in the recycle bin. They should be stored on your sim card. In some cases you cannot recover deleted files.
Although it can be 'unlocked' so that it can work through any wireless service provider, the Sony Ericsson W810i is designed for use with AT&T Wireless networks. The item can be bought through different venues, including directly through AT&T.
