It is normal to not see your tweet on the Twitter timeline because sometimes it takes several minutes for it to show up.
No they won't see your tweet.
It's probably just a time delay on your phone so I don't think others will be able to see it.
According to the official Twitter Help Center a mention is "any Twitter update that contains "@username" anywhere in the body of the Tweet".Users will often see hundreds or thousands of tweets a day in their Twitter feed. Mentioning a user in your tweet means they will be able to see it in their "@ Connect" section on the top of the Twitter page. You would usually mention a user if you are directing the Twitter update (tweet) to that specific user OR you want them in particular to see this tweet. If you include more than one @username in your tweet, all of those users will see the Tweet in their "@ Connect" section.
twitter facebook myspace ... call his people, run after him if u see him, tweet him, write him letters....................
Yes, a person can see your tweet, even if it's a day old. As long as the tweet hasn't been deleted, the other user can view it.
we tweet this on twitter . is when we see hot pics of Justin bieber , then we tweet #biebergasm . it also when u hear Justin sing like that .
You cannot follow Twitter user directly from Facebook. If you see that some one has integrated his twitter account with Facebook and his tweet is poping up in your news feed (Facebook), you will see a twitter symbol below his/her post. Click on it and you will redirected to Twitter page. If you are log in on Twitter you can follow the person.
The way to tweets on twitter is by using what is called hashtags "#". By adding # + tagname you mark/tag the tweet. those who reply to your tweet will get the tag by default so that the conversation will be tagged as well. You can search twitter for these tags and then see all the tweets tagged with the same tag. Many people tag their tweet when at a conference or event and that way people can see what people at the event are saying. There are services like hashtag.org that allow you to search by tags and also show you the trends/statistics of many used these tag over time.
If someone has blocked you on Twitter, you'll be able to send tweets to them, but it won't appear in their mentions. The only way they'd be able to see it if is they unblocked you to see it. They will be able to tweet you as normal, but they won't see what you tweet them.
Depends on what you're talking about. If you start a tweet with @username, only that person you mention will see it. Now, if you place @username anywhere else in the tweet, everyone who follows you will see that tweet in their timeline.
Twitter alllows you to see the activity of people who you follow and they don't have to follow you back unlike facebook where it has to be mutual to see activity. Also twitter allows you to retweet a tweet that you particularly like instead of liking it on facebook. facebook allows you to comment on things but on twitter you have to tweet about the thing. Twitter and facebook are different in many way, those ones were just off the top of my head but personally i think that both are good accounts to have if you use theem regularly.
