no dude its just the amount of people who use it. you dont download songs from Limewire then it would be illegal it works when two people go onlines n one person gets the song from the other so sometimes a song wont come out at certain times. its also hard to get rare songs but song like not afraid or songs like that will alway online cuz alot of people hav it
