you should probably restore your iPhone. Plug it in go in iTunes, click on your iPhone and press the restore button. THIS WIL ERASE EVERYTHING ON YOUR iPhone IF YOU HAVE INFORMATION ON IT THAT YOU NEED RIGHT CLICK YOUR IPHONE AND PRESS BACKUP BEFORE RESTORING. The backup may contain whatever is breaking your app installs so if you still are having trouble bring it to an apple store and have them backup just what you need. Most likely this wont be necessary and just backing up and restoring should work.

it is probably made by windows movie maker instead of exing out of movie maker and clicking save file then upload it it wont work but if you go into save as and upload it it should upload properly

If you were trying to unlock/jailbreak it: Unplug the cable from iphone then hold down the home and stand by button for some amount of time.
