Has anyone heard of cell phones with v-chip internet restrictors?

There is not a cell phone that itself can restrict the internet but some cell phone networks like Verizon can restrict it from their servers. It really depends on what network you are on.

I have found the sound quality on both ends to be lacking with internet phones. The service is also only as reliable as your internet. I have never used a cable internet phone. However, I have heard that dropped calls are common as well as bad reception with internet phones.
