There is no 'Loop' feature in Windows Movie Maker unfortunately. The only way to achieve the loop effect is by continuously dragging and dropping the media into the Time-line view.
Each clip automatically attaches to the previous clip, however there may be a visible 'quick fade-in'. To remove that, simply click, hold and drag the clips backwards(VERY SLIGHTLY) over the previous clip.
A thin blue line appears while dragging if done correctly. This overlapping technique will eliminate undesirable 'fade.'
