If your phone has pornographic pictures of a minor, or you are a minor, you can get into trouble.
No you can't.
You can't. Doing so would require changing your phone's number to that of the 'someone else', which cannot be done unless you first remove it from their phone.
yes
It means someone is on the phone with someone else or the phone is off the hook.
As a GENERAL rule, no. But there ARE some pictures and picture content that IS illegal to disseminate (e.g.: pornography, or sexual images of minors, for instance).
The police can can track you if you have a cell phone on you if they have a warrant to do so. If someone else else does it, then it will be illegal.
For someone else to be receiving your text, calls and emails someone could of hacked into your phone. Whoever had did this could get into a lot of trouble.
if it is personal, yes. if not no.
Pretend to be someone else
No it is not. Unless it is a picture of someone using it. If it is a picture of someone using it they need to be turned in to the police.
Simple - It means someone-else got to her phone before she did ! Either that - or she didn't want to reply - and told a friend to respond instead !
