in iTunes, at top go to store>sign out, then sync your phone again. you will now not be logged in for itunes or appstore on your iphone ...

Go into the Facebook app and click the buttion on the top right and it should bring you to the home page, and then in the top right click logout
on top there is a sign out buttom

When you click on the green app with a camera on it click at the bottom right contacts the at the top right there will be a plus sign/+ click on it and type in on home there email. They will have to be set up to FaceTime too. You will also have to type in there name if you want to know who they are.

FaceTime is enabled on the 4 and 4s by default. to make a facetime call, go into contacts, and find the person you wish to facetime. at the very bottom of the screen, there is a button "facetime" press this to start a facetime call. Remember that you can only use facetime (whether you started the call or not) on a wifi connection
