To make a suggestion in a meeting, first ensure you have a clear and concise idea to present. Wait for an appropriate moment, such as when the topic aligns with your suggestion, and then speak up confidently. Use phrases like "I propose that we" or "I suggest considering" to introduce your idea, and be open to feedback or discussion. It's also helpful to explain the potential benefits of your suggestion briefly.
