Use a transistor to drive a small relay. When the switch is pressed it should turn on the transistor and at the same time charge a small capacitor. Discharge the capacitor over 4 second time period with a resistor. You will have to experiment with resistors to find one that gives an acceptable discharge rate. Note, if the 12V lamp is running DC you can drive it directly with the transistor and forget about the relay.
An airsoft pressure switch is basically a switch that controls a laser or flashlight by depressing a small pad that is basically a switch accept you must keep pressing it down in order to keep the light on or laser on.
For an electrical circuit to keep going, it cannot be interrupted. When the switch is adjusted, the electrical flow is interrupted. Move the switch again and the flow is restored. Without a switch a circuit is no longer considered a complete circuit. Simple fifth grade science.
An AC wall switch is in series within the parallel circuit of the overall house wiring.
The breaker switch keeps tripping because it is detecting an electrical overload or short circuit in the circuit it is protecting. This is a safety feature designed to prevent damage to the electrical system and reduce the risk of fire.
Spring inside button is stuck; try WD 40 and keep depressing it; if it won't snap back you will need to replace the entire turn signal switch assembly.
The easiest way is to connect a 12v battery to the circuit. Be sure to place a diode in the positive line (watch polarity) to keep the battery from loading down the power supply when charging.
Found problem, intermittent short circuit problem in turn signal switch, replaced switch, problem went away.
Set the multi-information display to TRIP A. Turn the ignition switch off. Press and hold the ODO / TRIP switch, and turn the ignition switch on (IG). After turning the ignition switch on (IG), keep holding the switch for at least 5 seconds.
A circuit must be closed in order for a current to flow because it helps keep a current flow pass. When the switch is closed on a circuit there is a constant flow. When the switches open the flow is disturbed around the circuit.
Roll down the window using the switch on whatever door your are trying to synchornize, then back up and keep holding the switch up for 2 seconds. Do that for each window and they will all be auto.
if its not the alarm malfunctioning, there is a short circuit somewhere between the switch/battery/relay and the horn its self - youll have to find the short and insulate the wire or replace the switch.
1. Make sure the engine is off. 2. Press the brake pedal. 3. Insert the key in the ignition. 4. Turn the key to the "ON" position, but do not start the engine. 5. Within three seconds of turning the key to the "ON" position, depress the brake pedal and then keep pressing and depressing it for a total of ten times (including the initial depressing) in less than ten seconds. This means that you should be pressing the brake pedal every time in less than a second.
