Note: After you connect to the internet, it may display a message saying it could not send. Just press OK. This will take you to a page that will request your USERNAME and PASSWORD. The Hotmail free service is only available by using their HTTP interface, I believe you can upgrade there service to get the feature.

If you would like to save the money, I would get Google Gmail, it offers Pop3 access.
