Before calling out a plumber, Try using a black plunger.
Make sure that some water is in the tub and that the plunger (black cup part) is fully submerged.
Give it a really good pumping by moving the handle only, try and keep the black cup on the surface of the bath as much as possible, so to cause a vacuum inside the piping. (its quite a workout :-) )
and see if that does anything. If this fails, call a plumber to gain access and unblock the line.
