Once you apply for the WIT Program, the WIT coordinator will contact you within one business day. You will be contacted whether you are accepted into the program or not.
When you age out of WIT you graduate out of the program.
WIT missions are tasks you have to complete for your WIT Division.They will be assigned to you by Neila222, the WIT Program Coordinator.
There are an estimated 300 WIT members currently on WikiAnswers. Since the WIT Program began in 2008, there have been more than 1000 teens who have gone through the program.
Like our other programs on WikiAnswers, WIT is a volunteer program. Therefore, you are welcome to participate in WIT as you have time. As long as you are active on WikiAnswers, you can remain in the WIT Program. If you go more than 60 days without making any contributions on Answers.com, you will be removed from the WIT Program. However, you are welcome to reapply to the program once you return to the site.

The WIT Program was a collaborative effort by the Supervisors on WikiAnswers. We saw the growing number of teens on the site, and we thought WikiAnswers would be more fun for them if they had a specialized program that allowed them to help out more with the site. WIT remains a huge success to this day!
No, people younger than 13 cannot join the WIT program. The WIT program is only available to teenagers ages 13-18, no younger and no older.
