I believe your Internet Service Provider must sell you this option. Once you pay for it your router should be working at the speed of ADSL. I am currently using ADSL, but will be going to a faster speed.

It is the Network access service
ADSL is a type of broadband connection. Do you get your internet service through a cable provider or a phone provider? If it's a phone provider, you have some type of DSL.
No. There is no DSL signal on the line to use unless you are subscribed to a DSL service.
Microfilters and ADSL filters serve a similar purpose but are not exactly the same. ADSL filters are specifically designed to separate voice and data signals on a single line, ensuring that ADSL internet service operates without interference from telephone calls. Microfilters, often used interchangeably with ADSL filters, can refer to smaller or more compact versions of these devices. In essence, while they perform the same function, "microfilter" may denote a specific type or size of ADSL filter.
ADSL broadband is a transmission at high speed using standard copper wire instead of fiber optics. It is very fast and not as susceptible to crosstalk as with modems.
ADSL.
The difference between internet service provided by ADSL and internet provided by cable is in the method of delivery. ADSL is high speed internet which is delivered through one's home phone. Cable is broadband internet delivered, as is stated, through cables.
In most cases, ADSL speed is capped (fixed) by the ISP (Internet Service Provider). So the would be no, it does NOT give faster download speed! However, a faster ADSL router CAN improve speed on a local network (i.e. from laptop to desktop, transfers).
3g is mobile internet and adsl is a type of home internet so adsl is better
ADSL (asymmetrical digital subscriber line) is a protocol that you ISP (internet service provider) use it is a analogue signal. cable normally is a cat 5e or cat 6 in to the modem and is a digital connection (much faster)
