Depends on experience level. Intern:$8.50/hr, OT is rare. FT pastry cook/prep: $10.50 to $11/hr. Average raise per review period is 33 cents. Unless you're a lead or someone who has been in the field for a long time, you're not called a pastry chef, just one of the minions.
