i think that its only possible if you click on it to see the full size or only click out the picture to see the website that are usually there cuz some websies do have viruses, but i've never got any and i've searched up alot of different things, full sized them, and clicked them out to see the website behind. with that, i think that its highly unlikely. but if you have a virus, and Google images is the last thing you went on, it might be the cause, but still..... I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYONE GETTING ANYTHING THAT WAS BAD FOR THEM OR THEIR COMPUTER ON GOOGLE IMAGES!!! and im serious about
