Is there a Web browser without Google as a search engine?

I am looking for one and have not found one yet. I have checked Mozilla Firefox and Safari so far. They use Google as the search.

Most Web Browsers allow you to customize the browser and one of the things you can do is choose which search engine is your default. For Chrome click on the customize and and control button in the top right hand corner. Then click on the settings option, in the middle of the settings menu are search options. There you can select which search engine you want to use.

Firefox is the same. Click on the menu button in the top right hand corner and click on options. This will open the "general settings" on the right hand side you will see "search" click on that and you will be able to change your search engine.

A Web browser has access to all pages of the World Wide that are public plus any protected or private pages the user or administrator gives it access to (like your email account). There is no such thing as a browser that cannot access and thus "be without" Google. However many support blacklisting so you could block your browser from having access to www.google.com

If you want your browser to default to a different search engine click on a "menu" or "customize" icon (it'll be at top left or top right in most) goto "Settings" you should see an option or a drop-down menu to change it.
