It's Regional ISP. for Puzzel Chapter 2

In internet Service Provider, or ISP, typically is what servers Internet Access to a certain geographical area.

In Canada, common providers are Telus, Rogers, Bell, and other smaller providers. More recently, cell phone providers are providing access using the cellular signal - otherwise, most telephone carriers deploy DSL over telephone wires, with Cable companies using the same cable as used for Cable TV access. Most areas have one DSL provider and one Cable provider.

In the United States, common carriers are Comcast, Time Warner Cable, AT&T, Verizon, and others.
