Ships generally have telephone numbers relating to the satellite service they use, such as Inmarsat (country code +870). You will have to ask the shipping company for the number to use to reach a particular ship, but be aware that the cost to call a satellite phone is substantially higher than the cost of a normal international call.

There is no telephone country code +195. Country code +1 is North America (USA, Canada, etc.), but you need one more digit to have the full area code and narrow down the location. However, it is very unlikely that such a number has anything to do with a ship.

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, Japan uses 010, Australia uses 0011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)
