The only way you can make you computer 100% virus free is to never use any connection (which defeats most of the purpose for having a computer). But in short, AVG, Malwarebytes, and Mozilla Firefox will keep you mostly protected. Keep the programs updated and scan regularly. Symantec Anti-Virus also works really good too...
