Yes, a lot of phones by Motorola come with a password function for parents to set for their children. Although there are cellphones for children not made by Motorola that have better security for children.

The Motorola Theory is a wonderful phone. I know from experience, that this cell phone does not take alot to figure out. When you turn the phone on majority of the time a menu button will be on the phone.
