There is no telephone country code +457 or 00 457, but +45 is Denmark, and there are valid numbers beginning +45 7. Numbers beginning with +45 70 are "split-charge" numbers, which may incur higher call charges than ordinary numbers. Numbers beginning with +45 71 are mobiles. All other numbers beginning with +45 72 through +45 79 are ordinary landline numbers.

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, Japan uses 010, Australia uses 0011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)
