Because different countries use different international access prefixes, and some countries use more than one for various specific purposes, it is customary to write an international phone number with the country code preceded by a plus sign, without the access prefix. Country codes are 1, 2, or 3 digits, and never begin with 0.

Country codes beginning with +6 are in the Australia/Pacific region.
