Here at Club Penguin, we have always encouraged our players to use their imaginations while playing on the island. I am not sure if there was a specific group of penguins who started it, but players began using certain items to make their penguins look like "babies" and then began using more "baby words" to communicate with their friends. Since then, this role play has become something you can find on many if not all of the servers on Club Penguin. This was not invented by anyone on the Club Penguin Team, this was started by players on our island!
