Well, there are TWO directors in Club Penguin. The PSA director is Aunt Arctic because if you look in the Club Penguin Times and click her picture she has agent glasses on. Also, in the night club on the dance floor in Morse code this appears " AUNT ARCTIC IS THE DIRECTOR OF THE PSA." The director of the EPF is Gary (AKA G) because if you have the first Club Penguin DS game and you log the code in, check your inventory and go down to awards, you will have a certificate which will have a message and at the bottom will say G in PSA code, and under that it will say director.
