It's not reaching it's 'shut off' pressure. - If it recently started this it's indicative of an air leak into the system, usually before the pump. For now, re-adjust the pressure switch down a few psi. Then tighten all connections down towards the foot valve. You may even have to pull the well tube up and replace foot valve.

Depends on the model. 1500 fuel pump or ignistion switch. If it wont start at all expect the fuel pump. If it is intermittant expect the switch.

Believe it or not, water pumps can leak intermittently. If you can see it leaking there, replace the water pump.
