If you wanted to send someone a picture from Facebook who isn't on Facebook, then you would have to click on the picture from Facebook and save it to your computer/laptop/phone. Then you would send it to their e-mail address. But you can not send someone a picture on Facebook if they don't have a Facebook account. Hope this helps!
When you are using the Facebook app on your nook and want to tag someone in a picture you use the same steps as if you were in Facebook on a computer. Go to the picture and there is a feature to tag the photo.

Look through someone that is friends with them, they might have a picture with them tagged in it.
Unfortunately, you cannot tag someone in your status updates, pictures, or anything else from the iPhone. You would have to log on to Facebook from a regular computer to tag friends.

A tag on facebook makes a link between a picture and the people who are in the picture. If you go to the person's profile their "tagged" pictures will show up there. And if you look at pictures, people who are tagged will have their names listed. A tag is created either by the person whose picture it is, or someone who is friends with that person.
Log out of Facebook, turn off your computer, and go visit this individual in person and ask him/her to be your friend. It's quite simple and the true way to find "real friends" unlike the social nutwork.
