I'd suggest changing your password to something shorter. if your password has say, 9 letters and 4 numbers, try using the last 2 numbers. like if your password is for example yankeefan2091, change it to yankeefan91.

You can try to send your new password to your e-mail address. To do this, you have to click on login and once you are there click on forgot password and follow the steps there after.

All you have to do is sign in with their user id and password then delete the message from their inbox and trash. (Of course before they read the message :P )
