There are several disadvantages when compared to a normal school: you have near zero social life; cheating is encouraged because you can Google anything and as a result, you don't develop your mental capabilities fully; you might be easily distracted by other sites like facebook, YouTube e.t.c; You might experience some technical difficulties (computer breakdown, internet network loss)
However, it might be good for students who live in remote areas and who are responsible and motivated to learn.
