Assuming you do not inhale the Black and Mild, one cigarillo per day would be much better for you than smoking a pack of cigarettes. (And cheaper)
Neither are better if you value your health. But, it is your choice. As an ex-pipe smoker (having also smoked cigarettes for many years with the occasional cigar) I eventually stopped smoking twenty odd years ago (and never regretted stopping). I think that smoking a pipe (but not inhaling) is better - but not smoking at all is even better!
No they are not, pipe and cigar smoking to decreased lung function.

This is something that has not been rigorously studied. So it is impossible to compare the risk of smoking a small, filtered cigar like a Prime Time to a typical cigarette. However, considering that small, filtered cigars are about the same size as a cigarette, have about as much tobacco, have a filter, and are generally inhaled, it would not be unreasonable to come to the conclusion that the dangers of smoking a small, filtered cigar (such as Prime Time) are similar to those of smoking cigarettes.
The only danger in smoking one cigar would be if you are tempted to smoke another one, which eventually can lead to nicotine addiction. It is better not to take the chance. Just say no to tobacco. - - - - - The addictiveness of nicotine is directly related to the pH of the smoke. Cigarettes, which are addictive, have acidic smoke. Cigars have alkaline smoke, and they don't seem to be as addictive as cigarettes. Some cigar smokers never get addicted although they've smoked for years--they can stop smoking cigars for a few weeks and not suffer withdrawal. As to the question: no, one cigar in a lifetime won't hurt you.
Despite health issues with cigarettes and cigars, cigarettes contains only 5% of natural tobacco, the rest of them are artificial substances added. Premium cigars are made 100% with natural tobacco, nothing added except all the work behind them. Smoking cigarettes is usually linked to nervous and anxiety, but smoking a cigar should be a relaxing experience. People who are walking on the streets smoking a premium cigar are really amateurs and they do not know for sure how to properly "enjoy" a cigar. Cigars are usually smoked along with a nice beverage, such a good whiskey, cognac, brandy, Ron or a good coffee or even a cup of tea.
Any smoke can harm your lungs. some more than others. It is because of the combustion.

Cancer of the lip, mouth and tongue are associated with prolonged exposure to tobacco products. This data cannot be quantified to the level of accuracy we might like, but there is no question that your risks are increased.
Cigars have no added chemicals like cigarettes.
All smoking is dangerous, Cigarettes are horrible from massive amounts of chemicals put into them. Cigars can potentially cause throat and mouth cancer and Marijuana is harmful do to the amount of tar since about one "Joint" has the tar equivalence to about one pack of cigarettes. On that note, I'm going out for a smoke.
