There are several countries that are surrounded by the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Yucatan Peninsula, Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Trinidad are just a few.
Venezuela has a coastline with ports on the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
There are in fact TWO Central American countries that do not have a coastline on both the Atlantic/Caribbean and Pacific Oceans. These are: Belize which only has an Atlantic/Caribbean coastline and El Salvador which only has a Pacific coastline

The Atlantic Ocean is to the east of Suriname. The Caribbean Sea is to the north. But it's far enough north that Suriname doesn't have a Caribbean coastline.
Hispaniola is located in the Caribbean Sea, which is part of the Atlantic Ocean. It is the second-largest island in the Caribbean and is shared by the countries of Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
